Catherine was really kind with regards to this beautiful Palm Stone, where I rushed to purchase it and only looked at the video. But where further details carefully explained that it did have a defect in one area. I didn't realise this so had a bit of a shock when it arrived and thought it had been damaged in transit. Catherine was really kind and we sorted things out. It's still a really beautiful Palm Stone - but I'm one for perfection. From now on, I'll make sure I will always read everything. :)
